It's very realistic, but the gold of the face and hair are pretty close to one another--maybe that's what you were going for. It makes her sort of angelic and lionesque--except for the swampy green in the background, which combines with the yellow to look sort of sickly, or like a ripening banana.
No offense intended, however, the picture is really well done in every other way. A contrast in colors can make or break a picture. I especially like the textures provided by the brush & the way that the rosy lips stand out so strikingly. Very well done.
